Features:
- Comes with pre-defined syntax highlighting for PHP, Perl, Java, Pascal, C/C++, HTML, XML, XSLT and more. Syntax definitions are inheritable and embeddable (JavaScript, PHP and CSS in HTML for example). Additional programming languages can be plugged with custom syntax files.
- To facilitate the source code editing HippoEDIT provides more than 160 integrated commands with customizable keyboard shortcuts, code auto-completion using syntax dictionary and statistical information, real-time code hints with best guesses from editor and sophisticated code templates engine with big set of built-in tags.
- Source code outlining, current scope and change lines indication, mismatching brace highlighting, indent guides etc. greatly help in code analysis and navigation.
- Clipboard ring, full support of text and files drag & drop, transparent usage of different clipboard formats to paste syntax-highlighted code into other applications, or paste highlighted code as HTML back into editor smoothly integrates HippoEDIT in your work environment.

Très bon éditeur en général. J’apprécie notamment l’arborescence des fichiers sur le coté…
Mais ce que j’aime moins se ditue en terme de programmation php, HippoEdit propose la compléssion de code mais n’indique pas les paramètres des fonctions.
Pour l’instant je n’adhère pas à cause de cela, car ce logiciel serait ma seule utilité tant qu’éditeur php.

en effet, il a l’air bon….mais l’activation ne fonctionne pas pour moi…(vista)

HippoEdit proposera de télécharger la dernière version (1.4 beta). NE LE FAITES PAS! Elle désinstallera la version GAOTD, et l’installation se fera en mode shareware.
