This "thing" has an automatic updater......I did not see any means to disable it.....BE CAREFUL FOLKS !!!!
If posible block "autoupdater.exe" with your firewall.

Looked beautiful, installed without any problem.

Before activation, I tried it in its Trial form. It displayed its animated wallpaper successfully, in which a city at the bank of ocean is shown and water was animated, and looked beautiful.
ButIt was sucking the processor. I checked via Task Manager and the process "Wallpaper Manager.exe" was taking half of the processor resources, and when displayed on LCD, the mouse cursor was moving like you try to drag a piece of iron on a powerful magnetic surface :(.


Please note that my Laptop specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 2.40 GHz with 2.00 GB Ram (Dell latitude D830)
Plus
A separate Dell 1600 x 900 resolution LCD

I tried with other animation wallpaper files *.asw, but it is the "Wallpaper Manager.exe" which is sucking resources.

Because it is a processor hungry application, I have to uninstall it.

Downloaded, installed and activated without a problem using Vista 64 bit operating system.

Created an animated wallpaper and set it with no problems and saved the file.

Not sure what I did but I got a message that the downloaded software was a trial version and to get full functionality I had to buy and register the product, and then my image was erased from the product window. It was still set as my wallpaper so I tried to open the saved file using the open project button but it would not open.

I clicked on file from the toolbar and my .asw file showed up there and I was able to open the file this time.

I added another image with animations and clicked on set as wallpaper... nothing happened.

Also, when the product first opened on my desktop it was in a small window which crowded the animations and time settings buttons on top of the slides section of the screen. Took me a couple times of bouncing back and forth between slides and animations before I thought enough to make the product window larger. This moved the animations and time settings buttons down to the bottom of the window.

I was hoping for a wider range of animations to play with, and being able to switch images as my wallpaper.

Not a bad product, but not sure I would spend $23.77 from what I experienced.

Quickly, smoothly and easily created a wallpaper slideshow in about 1 minute after reading online Help guidance.

Downloaded fine and registered. Flawless. But now to the Program.
The interface is very basic and some of the functions are repeated. It has the appearance of an unfinished product but it works albeit a little clumsily. It needs more facilities, abilities and options to be of any real use.

If like me you hoped that the results might be useable somewhere other than as a wallpaper, then think again.

The results are very acceptable but very limited to half a dozen different fish, fairly good snow and fire effect but poor rain effect. The ripple effect and the underwater effect are pretty good but control is also pretty limited.

Will only save in its own dedicated format so this really is for making animated wallpapers and nothing else and very limited by it's own animation offerings with little chance that I could see, of being able to download others.

Having said that and in conclusion this offering does what it says and pretty well but not for me.
