Not on your life! This is not an anti-malware product so has no legit reason to include all that unaceptable garbage, that's a license for spyware!
I also cannot fathom the point of excluding WLAN/WiFi from any network diagnostic product, in many cases that is the only active network interface on net and notebooks, they are kinda shooting themselves in the foot with that License and with the functionality restrictions.
Looks like this version doesn't support WLAN (wireless connections), which is a pretty dumb thing for the company not to include in its "Pro" edition.

Two unrelated things:
1) I am not a network admin and would not have a use for this. But as a guy who likes all things tech in general, I visited the website. Other than the news link in which all of the announcements come out of Chengdu, China, a company mailing address is not listed. I would be hesitant to install software on a business network from a company who offered contacts that did not have a physical address. Sure, an on-line link and a US-based phone number are nice, but I would want greater reassurance of who I was dealing with.
2) For those, like me, who do not run networks, but who do like this stuff, Capsa is also offered in a free edition. Not my cup of tea, but it does seem to offer some tools that home users might like. Even they describe it as for "geeks" who just like to know.
As always, I love the giveaways. This one is just way beyond my personal needs.
