Download the Software Repair Tool by Microsoft. Run it. It does essentially the same job as REIMAGE REPAIR but doesn't cost anything. This tool will replace corrupt files and reinstall apps.
Download and install CCleaner. It will fix your registry without doing damage to your system.
mmmmmm ... not too sure about this one, scanned found 458 errors, clicked repair now, popup box 458 errors repaired, exited program.
Rerun program scanned found 457 errors (wtf?) clicked repair now, pop up box 457 errors repaired, exited program.
Rerun program scanned found 457 errors (now really WTF??) clicked repair now, pop up box 457 errors repaired, exited program. Uninstalled !!!
I hope others have a better experience than I did .....
Don't know than I can trust this software. Running a scan found 23 errors and repaired 684 just doesn't add up. Before hitting "repair" I searched my registry files for some of the errors found and found that out of the 5 random errors sampled only one was a valid registry entry, the others seem have been created by the software to make it look as if it is doing something important. Don't trust the results this produces and have uninstalled.
This is a scam. It most definitely will not fix any of the problems it claims to be able to fix. As well then that, most likely, if you actually let it fix any of the errors it finds, it will delete needed registry keys, possible causing major issues.
Today's giveaway is nothing more than a registry cleaner. Not only that, it could cause a lot of problems. It flags a lot of legitimate and needed registry keys as being errors. As you can understand, deleting needed registry keys can cause problems. For example, when I ran a scan on my system, it found over five thousand errors. Many of these so called errors were actual valid and needed registry keys.
If had let it repair all these so called errors, it would have cause some issues with my system. Perhaps, it would damage the registry so badly, that Windows would not boot any more. In either case, there is no way I would let it repair anything.
Despite all incredible sounding claims made by the publishers of registry cleaners, the truth is they rarely work. Based on many years of using registry cleaners, on many different computers, I can say with certainty that at least 99.9% of time, they won't fix any issues you have with your computer or make it run faster. On the other hand, just about every registry cleaner ever written, will mistakenly delete valid registry keys.
please excuse what is likely to be a series of comments on different problems found during the testing phase but rather than rely on a single comment surviving the testing phase and reboots if necesary I'd rather get the issues posted before I forget if there are many... first issue this is a tiny program therefore it's database of errors and solutions has to be small. it must therefore use algorithims to decide what is good and what is not... a bit like heuristics over patterns in anti-malware so will be subject to plenty of false positives.
Next issue the default setting for programs such as this should be to fail-safe. On the Settings button the is a single option to "Make backups before fixing them" which by default is UNCHECKED that should be a fail-safe setting if it "fixes" a false detections error and that hoses something which is very likely when using heuristic algorithims then it should by default have the ability to reverse the changes, not if you've just trashed your file associations or wiped your past 3 years giveaways activation data irretrievably and then went and found the setting you could have used if only you were a psychic!
next issue upon installing and running at the end of the installers operation and flipping through the buttons, I got to "Reports" now that should have been blank but it is not... bearing in mind I have never seen or tried this program before on this machine and have not scanned the system yet on this machine. And my systems date and time are correct. Yet there is a report sitting there stating
"Last scan time: 2018/1/15 8:59:54
Number of Errors: 23
Repaired errors: 0"
So the very existence of that report suggests it's not initialising the reports database at installation and has a really stupid typo making an interface look inconsistent and amaturish by having the first "Errors:"
capitalised and the second "errors:" non-capitalised... purely cosmetic I know but it looks asthetically bad and very unplanned.
Lisez les commentaires en anglais les gens... c'est édifiant :p

Roger is right, it is what the program caused to my system. After the scan and repair (???) my PC restarted very slowly and it was impossible to connect to the Internet. I had to use some repair tools and to restore several drivers before being able to connect again. Definitely avoid this program unless you would like to waste several hours repairing your system. Even the system restore did not work after the repair...

Suspicious and ineffective application...
Found 488 problems after a scan and I clicked on "Repair Now".
After a very long time I got a message saying "all errors repaired"
Then I restarted my computer and launched a new scan and...
Found 549 errors! ! ! !
