Installed and registered VideoProc Convertor AI, it proceeded to check my hardware and then took me to a webpage saying to download a free update to use hardware decoding. Installing this, however, resulted in a Code 401(?) error when it asked me to reregister it. So I had to uninstall the entire thing.
If hardware decoding isn't part of the free version given away why is it taking people to the download?!

To use AnyViewer Solo you need to register and log in to enter the key. When you register, they need to send a verification code to to sign up. Tried three different emails, all got "failed to send verification code"
Went to the AnyViewer site to register, that worked. But when I try to log in to the program, it says email or password are not correct.
