I used this software before, it is a good solution if your object you are denoising is large, however it changes the tint and the color resolution significantly and if you do not mind that, it is OK software.

Easy Photo Denoise 9.0 doesn't do a bad job, but it crashed my VirtualBox Win11 VM -- not a big deal -- but it also crashed in this regular copy of Win11 whenever I selected any of the AI models besides the default Lite, &/or when I tried to change the intensity of the AI Lite model to 1. Regarding the DeNoise performance, at the Easy Photo Denoise AI default, or the non-AI lite default, it's not nearly as good as the denoise in [listed in decreasing rank] Photoshop's Photo Restore Neural filter, Topaz Denoise AI, Lightroom AI denoise, DVDFab AI Denoise. But IMHO it is better than Franzis Denoise Pro 2, as well as their latest Denoise using AI. Testing it with the same two 35mm negative scans as Leawo's Photoins yesterday, Easy Photo Denoise softened or slightly blurred the image. The photos Do Look better, and it's not blurred to the point you lose too much detail, but rather the other AI-based alternatives I listed preserve more detail while removing roughly the same amount of noise. If I could have played with the settings in Easy Photo Denoise, it's Very possible it might have done better. And for the price, it's cheaper than the alternatives listed as well.
Easy Photo Denoise 9.0 installs to Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming\, with a folder in Program Files (x86)\ for the uninstaller. The registry basically gets a softorbits key and an uninstall key. Easy Photo Denoise does connect online, but I didn't see any traffic using Task Mgr. while processing a photo, though that processing was notably brief.
One comment posted said: "... however it changes the tint and the color resolution significantly... " I have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. Using a decent 4k hardware calibrated monitor I could see no difference in colors, levels, balance etc. whatsoever. There is a section of Easy Photo Denoise where you can adjust tint and such, so maybe the misadjusted thing there, but the app Definitely Does Not mess with the photo's color.
