The Readme file states that we have NO free tech support. But we DO have it. You're always welcome in our support hub here: https://www.filterforge.com/contact/
The registration process requires a lot of information from you which the company deems necessary.
Personally I think it's a bit over the top.
When you filled it all in a message telling you it will be processed appears, nothing more.
What it should say is the serial number will be sent to your e-mail address.
It duly arrived quite rapidly, your name and a very long serial number.
After installation went to the help menu and clicked the register part of it.
As I said the other day if your paste does not work with the serial number you will not be pleased.
Someone complained bitterly that this never happens, his only contribution to the days comments.
Today fortunately it worked with the serial number, but the some reason it would not accept my name and I had to type it.
Cut-and-paste does go wrong sometimes!
On opening a rather bright interface is presented it also shows that a quick assessment of the program would be very difficult.

Downloaded and installed the program, no problems. But when it came to registering it, nothing! I filled out the form twice and still nothing. I also checked my spam folder, nothing. I suspect I will be deleting the program soon. Too bad it looked like a good program to have.
