JPG-Repair Toolkit est un utilitaire permettant de réparer des photos corrompues. L'accent est mis sur les fichiers JPEG, bien que certains formats de photos RAW soient pris en charge. JPG-repair Toolkit vous aide à réparer les en-têtes JPEG corrompus, à modifier le flux de bits, à réparer les marqueurs JPEG non valides et à extraire le JPEG plein cadre à partir de fichiers photo RAW corrompus. JPG-Repair Toolkit n'est pas un éditeur de photos.
- Réparez les en-têtes corrompus à l'aide d'un fichier de référence.
- Modifiez les octets de fichier bruts avec retour visuel.
- Diagnostics: entropie de fichier, histogramme d'octet, afficheur hexadécimal.
- Extraction de fichiers JPEG haute résolution à partir de fichiers RAW corrompus.

I find it very upsetting, and odd at same time, that User Comments up top have more negative than positive votes, especially for a GOTD giveaway where the developer has been so upbeat, upfront, helpful and wanting feedback. Most developer's who offer GOTD giveaways sit back on their laurels and offer little help in here. (that's where the good "deal" samaritan's step up and offer help, and for that I am grateful)

This actually seems like a portable program:
1. Extract the zip to a folder (I recommend a parent folder in one of your hard drives, Drive C or D or whatever as it shouldn't *need* to be on the OS drive), run setup and allow Internet connection, then register it but copy and pasting the license into the box provided. Program ran automatically after that and was registered (for me anyways).
I saw no files created except the license file in the extracted folder so it remembers that it's registered.
The program *seems* to work on my old test OS (Windows XP SP3). I don't have a "corrupt" jpg to test it with though so I cannot comment on how well it works..
Anyways, putting it on a flash drive (with the license) would theoretically work as I saw no other files or registry entries created running it or registering it (except for the before-mentioned key file).
One caveat though I should mention is that Internet is REQUIRED! It will not even run if it can't phone home. Checking license perhaps? All I know is that when I prevented it from phoning home, it produced an error:
Run-time error '-2147012889 (80072ee7)':
The server name or address could not be resolved
So if you're like me and don't like letting programs phone home, you might want to pass on this one..
My 2 cents (and observations).
PLEASE allow the program to be run at full screen & or put handles along edges to allow dragging to size. The program area & ESPECIALLY TEXT is just to GD small & hurts the eyes to use on a higher res screen. Bizarre program behavior IMO.

Au deuxième démarrage , j'avais un plantage systématique.
Suite au message que j'avais laissé sur son site, le concepteur m'a fourni une version qui fonctionne cette fois.
Maintenant, reste à le tester réellement, je n'ai pas d'images corrompues sous la main ...

Qui n'a pas eu de photo illisible dans ses archives? Dont un soft dont l'idée est savoureuse.
les plus le n°de licence est dans le txt +1
les moins (et il y en a) l'interface mono-langue -1
l'interface n'est pas redimensionnable -1
la police de l'interface est illisible -1 ( déjà dur en anglais une police aussi pourrie c'est rédhibitoire pour le constater --> https://www.cjoint.com/c/IBkiBlYdM81 )
après le test du programme devra attendre que je me retrouve des photos qui auront des problèmes )
vous constaterez, que l'intérieur de la fenêtre comporte le mode d'emploi 0...enfin il me semble avoir aperçu le mot RAW )
au final +1-1-1-1=-2 pouce en bas
