The master password needs to have at least 15 characters. That is too much for me to remember. So I used a master password I can remember and added 123456789 to it. That was OK. The Giveaway's conclusion: that master password can never be cracked.

My conclusion: 15 characters is humbug.

The database is stored on the C-drive by default, in your folder Documents. So you will lose it when you have to reinstall Windows.

There is no possibility to store the database in pCloud. When you are working for a European country, you are not allowed to store sensitive project data on a Google Drive, or in DropBox. pCloud is OK, because it stores the data in a cloud in the EU. The omission of pCloud is queer, because the giveaway is a German product.

krypteller, I store my documents, etc. on a different hard drive on my PC, including those usually installed in the C:/Users folder. I then store them on a portable hard drive. It works well for me.

Just one question - where are the passwords saved? -does this software connect to the internet and sync the database to the cloud or can i use it like a cold storage device?

You must ask for the licence key via internet. The link is in the readme. Do not forget to copy the trailing slash!
The key comes by email to the mail address known to GAOD.
You may use the key on more than one computer.

Check the settings and de-activate the automatic updates. Otherwise you might lose the activation.
