Installed and registered on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.
The software is from mid 2013.
I have some slight problems with the claimed awards.
The "CHIP.EU 5 star featured download" is on the CHIP.EU site a not rated program with 277 downloads :
http://download.chip.eu/en/PDFZilla_4395271.html
and on the German CHIP site a two of five stars product:
http://www.chip.de/downloads/PDFZilla_54730889.html
A small not resizable window opens, you have ten buttons to convert your PDF file to different formats, no options.
I started with the PDF to WORD conversion. The output format is .doc and not .docx. The default output folder is C:\output, simply no! The only setting in this window is sound reminder on/off.
The first test produced a nearly unreadable doc file, with corrupted formatting. The second test failed in another way :

May work on some simple PDF files. Failed on my tests. Unusable.
Uninstalled via reboot.

No problems opening as a registered program and was presented with a clean interface of options.
Tested it on a quite complex PDF file to document that contained columns and graphics within them, the results were abysmal, it would be more readable if it had gone through a document shredder.
Tested on the same document with UniPDF, an excellent freeware program, results here were also unusable.
Tested on same document with my favourite method of PDF conversion, that is converting to image and converted using ABBYY FineReader, the newer version imports PDF files directly, the result was just short of perfect.
ABBYY appear to be doing some good deals on their OCR program so if you're into PDF converting it maybe worth while investing in their program.
Never had much joy with PDFZilla and their latest version was no different, although I generally keep a selection of PDF converters today's result was so poor I will be uninstalling it.

Installed and registered just fine. With all claims PDFZilla made, I decided to see if they were true. Gave it the owners manual to my television to convert into a word file. I don't know who's manual it converted, but it wasn't my. It was just a pile of jumble up mess. Never seen so many different fonts on one page before. Uninstalling now!

Ashraf's review:

Maybe Ashraf himself could say something (after a long time) today?

I'd add my personal recommendation Some PDF:

Note:
I have not found perfect PDF to Word converter yet, but IMHO acceptable one should at least:
1. not to convert each line as separate paragraph
2. not to covert text (lines/paragraphs)into textboxes
otherwise resulting document cannot be easily edited, because any change breaks formatting of other parts of the document.
Hope this helps somehow
:-)
