Very dodgy company and website. I'm personally staying far, far away from it.
On the About Us page, one can read : "We are one of the original manufacturers and vendors of our software and related products." That does not mean anything in any language known to man.
Their address is : "US Office, 900 Island Drive, Suite 203, Redwood City, CA 94065". So, a post box. They are not from the US, and they don't want you to know where they are from.
The "picture of the team" is obviously a stock photo pulled from an online image bank.
There's no help to be found on the site about the software. Just a short list of features, the first of which does not mean anything : "Create and manage your canned messages for any programs." What's a "canned message for a program" ?
The program is misrepresented by its name. Judging by the features list, it's not a hotkey program, like Auto Hotkey, for instance, which allows you to launch full-fledged macros with a combination of keys. It's a mere program launcher.
The most alarming sign is that the website itself is dodgy. When I click on the hamburger menu on the top right, I'm variously redirected to Google, or to a ladies clothes retailer. When I first tried to copy some text to paste it here, a new, unrelated page opened, with big scammy warnings "your computer is infected, click here to clean it". It's the first time in my life I see this happening.
This software captures all of your key strokes and that is a NO NO for me. It is like someone is following you around and taping your actions. What if this or some other software has ability to send those keystrokes somewhere else? Not going to install for security reasons.

Peter, Exit the program using the icon in the system tray, then restart from the shortcut on your desktop - I had the same problem and figured it out

Zen , gui only, the functionality is inferior.
