Installed and (self-)registered without problems on a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system.
A Russian company without name and address. I have to admit, that I awaited such a tool. After filling the market with beauty for woman and men, the market for pets seems to be even bigger.
After installation a panel with demonstrations starts. You have to view the "shining pupil" before you start, otherwise you are lost to remove the flash light in the eyes of your cat or dog. It basically adds a "cats pupil" to the presets. This is the only "animal" related part of this software. You can change the "cats pupil", so that it fits also in the eye of your beloved snake...
It is not as easy to "reconstruct" an eye with complex color, think of a tiger's eye. With some experience you'll get quite good results. The better way is not to direct the flash directly in an open eye.
Does what it claims. In my short test I could not achieve the result, I wanted...
Uninstalled via reboot, my pets don't have red eyes. Really.
My cats:

It is not only, that I want to show you my cats (of course I'm proud!... it should show, that it is nearly impossible to reconstruct such eyes.
Have a nice weekend!

A preposterously-priced single-purpose app that does nothing that decent freeware like paintnet, Imagina, GIMP, Photoscape, Lightbox, PhotoFiltre, Pxlr Desktop, and even IrfanView cannot do within their program. The ostensible $45 price tag is an insult to the intelligence of every computer user -- and especially to GOTDers who earlier this week were given the opportunity to download and keep the $30 PT Photo Editor 2.1.2, image management software which truly exposes how glib this Russian developer has become -- become, because under a former name, it produced reasonably good programs whereas today, it seems to specialise in de-constructing various programs, isolating fragments of them, and then attempting to flog 'em off as single-purpose apps decorated with ludicrous prices intended to make people think they must be good because they cost so much. Yeah. Right. Quite why Tint Guide isn't asking $10,500 for this glorified red-eye remover, I've no idea, but perhaps it'll fare better with, let's say, an overhead power-line removal app, price tag, $27,850. Thanks GOTD but absolutely no thanks.

Installed and registered without problems, opened up to an interface typical of this company.
Downloaded some redeye images using Google of both dogs and people, and tested the program.
Found it easy to remove redeye from both very effectively but one serious bug I found was that the colour picker was totally unpredictable.
Why they call it a pet redeye removal is beyond me as it is very effective in removing it on images of people.
It does what it what it claims but at an incomprehensible price.

Well now I've seen it all. You can see why the US spends $40 Billion/year on their pets. And I suppose the people who are responsible for most of this expenditure are the ones who begrudge PEOPLE getting food stamps. I don't know the cost of food stamps but at a guess it's less than $40Bill!
Anyway, thanks all the same GOTD but as you probably guess I don't have a cat.

You know Peter, I love cats and dogs and have rescued many in my lifetime. But I have also worked to help the needy and deserving PEOPLE in my community as well. And frankly I don't see how your comment has anything to do with this software reiview. Oh and by the way, I for one am very grateful you don't have a cat.

Hi all who vote this short comment from Studiopro,
sometimes we can read comments like this and some of us dislike if a commentator is too lazy to test the software by itself and otherside is too honest by writing what many of us are thinking.
So please all be fair-minded, test every giveaway AND/or wait what Karl (my hight regards to him and his daily work!!!) discovers.
I read this commend only as to pay big homage to Karl. From this view I can vote up this comment.
