Is this software really necessary?
I've been using computers with USB drives for over 20 years and NEVER had any issues using the Windows built in "Safely remove hardware and eject media" option.
I know you'll all downvote me, because places like this are frequented by trolls who downvote everything.

I use the previous GAotD version (on Win10 and Win11) and have found it to be excellent!
I was debating buying it, except I wasn't really having any issues so hadn't got around to it.

(There are things like memory cards for cameras I need to be really careful with not corrupting, plus it telling me, at least sometimes, what was locking a card I couldn't remove was very useful...
