Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system. The registration thanks in the name of "photo resizer"...

You add a video. You can change (if you want) video and audio parameters from a video bitrate 100 over an audio bit 32 to the highest values.
The default output is C:\results. Who defines such folders???

On an test with an .FLV file the water mark text appeared in italics (distorted?), but was entered as non italic. Changed aspect ratio??
I do not watermark my videos.
Worked great the first use, added a logo watermark to an mp4 movie. No issues, wrote the file out without any issues.
