Because of the lack of information in the description I went to the manufacture's own website. There I found a link stating "Discover all features". Clicking on the page provided a 404 error, and the explanation: "Something Went Wrong. We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

It makes me question the validity of this product.

I'd imagine its the standard boilerplate text used in that most software can't be used in a commercial environment (eg, a workplace) rather than not using it for your own use.
So yes, you could use it to create a portfolio website to show off your art.
